Cancellation Policy
Read this carefully and thoroughly: Payment is required to confirm your appointment. I am committed to providing a supportive and enriching experience for all my clients and I understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, payments are refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time. Requests made within this timeframe will be fully refunded or can be applied as credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved just for you.
